Outside of real estate, Ethan can likely be found on a trail run, on skis, or in the gym. An accomplished athlete, he has successfully completed the Leadville 100 Trail Race, The Grand Traverse, and numerous other ultramarathons and skimo races throughout the US. A proud father and husband, Ethan and Jeni call Louisville home, and have two daughters who inspire and amaze (and terrify) on a daily basis. Ethan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Art History and Classics, and captained their D1 wrestling team.
